There has been a request to make sure the build works on Ubuntu. This task tracks that progress.

The Ubuntu build uncovered some minor errors in the buildroot build. The call to mkimage to create a flash image is not required, so that was pulled. Also, the -patch target did not have a stamp creation. That's been added too.

Removed SGX patches from linux-arago-2.6.32 patch tree. The SGX patches get downloaded separately and don't need to be in that tree.

Ubuntu build now runs completely successfully as long as SGX is disabled (which it now is by default even for the Arago kernel, which is the default kernel). The build was run from a clean tree - no archives.
This issue can be closed.
