Add bluetooth config support to libpiboxnet

Description
This will allow editing of the various bluetooth configuration files through an API, just as with the interfaces or resolver configuration files.
Bluetooth audio is only interesting if I can get mplayer to work on a RPi 2 B+ (quad core).

This isn't the right way to handle bluetooth configuration so this issue can be dropped.
Bluetooth isn't on the current roadmap so there is no need to open a separate issue for configuration support.
