Restart needs to be easier to use.

Description
Pulling the File menu down is too much work. Add a Restart button next to "Save".
- Priority changed from Urgent to Immediate
- Status changed from New to In Progress
- % Done changed from 0 to 10
This should be integrated into the new launcher application as a red power icon in a button.
- Severity changed from 03 - Medium to 01 - Critical
This can now be just another app configuration for the launcher.
- Status changed from In Progress to Closed
- % Done changed from 10 to 100
Added -e option (embedded mode) that enables Restart and Apply buttons to button bar and disabled the menubar.
