Port pwrctrl to use new API

Description
The imrest API changed a little when it was ported from nodejs to mongoose.
Update the pwrctrl and pwremote sensors to use the updated API.

This may not be necessary. I think the reason the pairing failed was that imrest couldn't find the pairEnabledStamp file. But porting imrest to read the GPIO lines itself would fix that.
Retest this after RM #1200 is done.

This is done - pwrctrl can pair with imrest now that the latter handles gpio queries directly.
