Description
Switching to connman from NetworkManager doesn't require dBus. I can disable it for now (enable it again later if I need it).
At the moment, the dbus initialization doesn't create /var/lib/dbus so dbus-uuidgen spews a message about not being able to open /etc/machine-id.

d-bus is enabled after all because connman needs it. This issue is therefore closed.
