Description
This will give us a graphical boot on the phone instead of kernel log messages which we can't read anyway.

Rejecting as the psplash package will provide this for Xeon.
We could use bootsplash (using kernel patches) or Plymouth (animated user space tool - a step up from psplash) but for now it's good enough to just use psplash.
