dhcpd.conf does not contain the correct interface IP network.

Description
The pnc program does not update the default dhcpd.conf file. In fact, the default file should be named dhcpd.conf.default and be a template file, not a default configuration, so it can be copied and updated with the base address.
It looks like piboxwww has the same problem, though that is yet to be tested.
