Test pisentry with 5.10.y kernel

Description
Just to make sure pinet in gpio mode is working.
- Status changed from New to In Progress
- % Done changed from 0 to 10
Initial bring up didn't work. I'll need to attach a monitor to it for debugging.
I need to switch PiSentry to use the TFT display instead of running headless. This will make it much easier to use and configure.
Integration just means adding the lcdshow package to the meta build.

- % Done changed from 10 to 100
PiSentry system builds now work with the TFT display. During that testing the 5.10 kernel was used and there are no major problems other than what is already being tracked in Redmine.
Closing issue.
