Description
Just to make sure pinet is working without gpio.

Three bugs:
- config.txt disables wifi on RPi3. That needs to be taken out.
- imwww reports "cannot connect to monitor" and does not update interfaces or wpa_supplicant.
- imwww shows "Ironman" banner. That's RM #814.
- % Done changed from 10 to 30
The failed to connect to monitor error is because piboxd is not running because the init script changed and there is an error passing args to piboxed via start-stop-daemon.
The wifi config change needs to go into pinet's postinst script.

Both fixes are ready to test in their respective sandboxes.

Fixes verified with a full metabuild, meaning all changes have been pushed.
piplayer working fine with 5.10.y kernel and RPi3 wifi.
