Copying files should be the same as License files

Description
Copying files from app template are GPL3 but License file is 0BSD. They should be the same (both 0BSD).
- Target version changed from 2.0 - Harkonnen to 3.0 - Corrino
- Priority changed from Urgent to Immediate
- Severity changed from 03 - Medium to 04 - Low
- Status changed from New to In Progress
- % Done changed from 0 to 30
The templates are updated, but I need to check all the other apps. I know at least some need updating for this issue too.

- Severity changed from 02 - High to 01 - Critical
- Status changed from In Progress to Closed
- % Done changed from 30 to 100
Finally fixed all of these. Now all license/copying should point to bsd0 license.
