rpi2 not booting completely on "dev platform"

Description
This is an RPi2 Model B. It gets to the end of the splash and then hangs.
I'm generating a new rpi2 build to test it with the UI. Note that this particular platform doesn't need to get to the UI since it's the designated "dev platform", but I'd like to know why this isn't working.

Not sure what the bug was but what I was booting was actually a media server (or Ironman) and not the core dev platform. The core dev platform for the 1.0.0 release doesn't work correctly because of a bug in S99UI. It is incorrectly parsing the output from tvservice in order to determine the display type. I have a fix and will push it shortly. Once that is in then the current git repo will be working correctly and the 1.0.0 version just needs a minor patch (if anyone needs it).
I should probably push a 1.0.1 because of this.

Fixed. The 1.0.1 release may come later. I don't need to push it now unless I get more users.
