Add meta packaging for Ironman

Description
This requires porting the PiBox Meta repo to Ironman and updating to pull only the package it needs.
This also requires updating the build.sh script to support cdtools scripts that support multiple repositories, such as "ironman www" and "ironman gpio".

Initial import completed. It supports old apps from media server that are relevant (appmgr, launcher, omxplayer, piboxd, pmsui, piclock, psplash, videofe) and new Ironman specific projects (imwww, immonitor, imgpio).
Doesn't quite build the Ironman packages yet, however.

Fixed ironman cdtools script used by meta to work with any of the ironman repositories. The meta now builds correctly for the repos it includes.
Adding more repos will be tracked separately. For now, this issue can be closed.
