Do something with msgQueue/Processor functions in libpibox

Description
These modules were part of the port from piboxd. There is some value in having a generic handler for inbound messages but an API needs to be designed to allow for callbacks for message payloads that includes saving of inbound message source, etc. If I enforce use of the pibox message format then the libpibox server can parse the data into generic objects for callers to use.
