Release should be made after verifying CentOS build on target. Process is as follows.

1. Build core on CentOS
2. Build packages on CentOS with metabuild
   1. Be sure to generate VideoLib RPM (metabuild doesn't do it)
3. Test on target
4. Generate changelog
5. Write up announcement
6. Push to download site
7. Add it to News (as in this example)
8. Update wiki
9. Push to RPi Forums
10. Update eLinux.org
11. Post to
    1. LinkedIn: Raspberry Pi and Embedded Linux groups, BLUG group
    2. User groups: blug, clue, pplug, CS Open Source Meetup
