Add chvt to and back options in config file

Description
The config file has a chvt "to" field (line 3) but not a "back" field. Use of a new monitor (or perhaps recent changes in the way X is started multiple times) has changed where we need to change to and back. Having both will allow complete custom configuration in such cases.
