Description

It's goofy to have a side and bottom panel. The bottom panel just takes up space.

Drop the side and bottom panels and have a single top panel with all icons and clock in it.

Tested this on the hardware and looks okay on an HDMI TV, especially with new icons (RM #364). Need to migrate changes to the UI package, test installation and verify the appearance on the Dell monitor and with the two AAXA projectors.
