Save configurations and allow selecting which one to use

Description
Configurations, currently, only consist of the selected directory. There may be other configurations to choose from later.
These configurations are only applicable to running VideoLib. They are not related to specific video data downloaded from tmdb.org.

Added ability to save serialized configuration data and then load it on restarting the application. However, only one configuration can be saved. There is no option for saving named configurations nor choosing from multiple configurations. It's unclear if this capability is necessary for the 0.9.0 release of PiBox. I'll have to think that over.

- Target version changed from 0.10.0 to 1.0 - Atreides
Not required for 0.10 release. May not be necessary ever, but moving out to 1.0 for now.
