This may either be an addition to bui-network-config or a separate program.

It needs to be able to tie into the matchbox panel buttons too. The easier solution to this is to add Users to bui-network-config and then have the latter accept command signals from the UI via nc, essentially the same way that piboxd does. The reason for sticking it in bui-network-config is that I need the panel buttons to raise the correct window and it would be easier if the panel buttons just told a single app which tab to display. I could make Users, USB config and Network config separate top level tabs but without the tab buttons so it looks like three separate pages.
