These should be template tags that get replaced by the build system.

Removed unused sed replacement in busybox build when copying over saved config to build tree.
Replaced hard coded path with tag in default saved configuration for busybox.
Replaced hard coded path with tag in minimal saved configuration for busybox.
Build tested. Issue can be closed.
