Description
Create a tarball of the 0.4 release of PiBox and push it to a public offline storage site.
A complete distribution, including toolchain RPM, is about 1.7GB. I may not need the "staging.tar" tarball anymore, however. I think XBMCBox now requires pointing at the staging tree as built in PiBox. so that will drop 1.1G from that total size.

Generated 0.4.0 tarball and pushed to Ubuntu One. Release has been announced on the News page of the issue tracker and links added to the Release Images page of the wiki.
