Description
Create one test package to verify use of packages work.
Added opkg patches to buildroot and tested build. Opkg is included, but is missing the /etc/opkg.conf configuration file. An example configuration (and explanation) is available from OpenWRT.

Testing of opkg will be done with the XBMC opkg from xbmcbox
- % Done changed from 0 to 50
- Status changed from New to Closed
- % Done changed from 50 to 100
XBMC package can be installed and removed using opkg-cl. While there are some other issues with this that will be tracked separately, this issue can be closed.
