This might have been in the RPi B/B+, which seems to have a bad SD card. Make a new SD card and try again.

This may be due to omxplayer hanging. A fix for recovering from this was committed for RM #1239. Fixes for restarting at the last location will be committed with RM #1229.

This issue can be closed.
