Wired network is not started on boot

Description
The /etc/network/interfaces file has it configured so the problem seems likely to be in the S40network init script.
- Related to deleted (Feature #1081: Sensors: port PiCam to Ironman)
- Status changed from New to In Progress

This is the Ironman S40network init script, which can be found in the monitor app source tree. It replaces the Pibox Dev System S40network init script by moving the latter into ~/root/.imcore.
- % Done changed from 10 to 30
I've made a online fix for this that simply brings up the wired network on every boot. It's in the sandbox but needs testing on hardware.

Tested on hardware and it works.
