Description
Monkey doesn't build with PiBox 3.0 toolchain and the monkey repo shows little activity recently. So there's no reason to expect an update.
However, lighttpd was available and easily configured from Buildroot, so we've switched to that. Also, instead of an app package, lighttpd will be included in the default dev system.
The piboxwww code needs to be updated to remove "monkey" and replace it with "lighttpd", with appropriate paths as needed.
