Description

Both kernels for 2.0 are very old. Stability seems to be in the latest 6.1.y as it is now the default.

Bump both kernels to 6.1.y and test.

RPi2 kernel bump has been tested (required bumping all other components to get to the dev system UI).

RPi1 kernel bump needs to be built and tested.

The only thing not working after this is the keyboard, but that will be a separate issue.
