This needs to better size and place icons - and use the color icons.

The icons should be in a x by 4 array, where x is variable. Terminal and reboot icons should be visible.

Also, the touch interface is not working. But I think this may be something else since the serial console does not come up when the launcher starts. To see what's happening I need to disable desktop.sh and then run launcher manually. But this will only work if the serial console comes back up.

The launcher is working, in general, on Xeon. I'll track specific issues (like touch interface not working) separately now.
