Description

This should replace the boot logo and show boot progress.
However, the two images should be aligned so there doesn't appear any difference between the kernel logo and psplash starting.

Check the xeon branch of the psp repo for updates that have not been merged with master.

Installed from metabuild package. No errors on install.

App runs cleanly though there are console messages that preceded it. Those can be cleaned up by moving psplash to earlier in the boot or by moving the console off /dev/tty0.

For now, this is good enough for this issue. No changes required to psplash.
