Description

The dhcp client, udhcpc, is simply started an additional time - once for each network restart. If udhcpc is running it should be killed before restarting.

This must have been cleaned up in an upstream fix because

  1. It's not happening anymore
  2. S40network does not directly start udhcpc

I suspect ifup and friends were the culprit though I think this was originally reported with wpa_supplicant and not wired ethernet. Still, they are bound by ifup and Debian networking so I feel confident the problem has been fixed.

Closing issue.
