Description

Descriptors are used to describe a monitor. This should be a text box. There should be two:
  1. The location of the monitor
  2. A description

This data should be stored in /etc/monitor/descriptor.

These are returned as JSON data to Jarvis during Jarvis registration with the monitor via imwww.
