Description
Server accepts broadcast messages and simply responds with a ping. This is for use with automated discovery.

This is implemented for monitor<->jarvis registration. It should be usable for other things as well.
The next thing is to make sure it works (or something similar) for IoT nodes.

This is now implemented in piboxd and tested against both Jarvis and the IoT "lightsw" code.
