Description

This will allow changing settings for the command via various UIs.

Implemented and configuration tested. Now I need to test it on hardware.

Implemented and tested on hardware. Works well enough to experiment with different options to the input module to mjpg-streamer. I was able to find an optimal setup with a new camera.

Tested, committed and pushed.
