Description
I don't have a bunch of 4GB (or larger) cards so I need to make do with the extra 2GB cards I have. These are good enough for basic testing but need to skip the data partition.
This means I need to fix mksd to permit skipping the data partition and have the 2nd partition expand to the end of the device.
