Threads not stopping on Ctrl-C

Description
I don't think Ctrl-C works in Ant. I think the signal is not propogated to the application. So threads don't stop.
The way around this is to implement a simple UI for stopping while using Ant to run jarvis.

Rested today and the problemno longer seems to exist. It may have been fixed with more recent versions of Java or perhaps I fixed it some time in the past.
