Description
The bumpSplash() function writes to /etc/init.d/rcsplash as debugging. I don't think this is really necessary anymore. It should be removed.
If it is necessary then S89stopsplash should remove it.

Commented out generation of debug file. Left it in just in case it might be useful in the future.
