Description
Connman is too complex to get running and doesn't provide any added benefit we can't get from manual configuration through XBMCBox and using standard network configuration utilities (ifconfig, wpa_supplicant).

Removed connman configuration. Left connman patch for tests scripts in place in case we decided to return to connman in the future.
