ntp init script from skeleton gets overwritten by buildroot

Description
The NTP init script in PiBox skeleton source does get copied to customize tree but somehow it doesn't make it to the target tree. It looks like Buildroot overwrites it.
The trick to fixing this will be to add a post build script that copies in the customize tree again. Might be better to even get rid of the use of the customize tree since its been deprecated upstream in current Buildroot.

This is no longer an issue with the updated firstboot processing using rcS and rcK in the skeleton tree.
