Description
This can be a generalized package for debugging, beyond the xcc-debug package, and can be built via the meta package or manually.
It should include- libleak
- "remote logging":tbd
- Other tools
When completed, add libleak package to automated backups on colo and add project to Redmine.

I can use the ustreamer meta build as a template for this work.
The rsyslogd setup would need to be done by hand. There really isn't anything to add to this package for remote logging. Buildroot installs rsyslogd.
