Description

If an HDMI display uses a supported touchscreen (see pbtouchstate) then we should allow the user the ability to configure pointercal files for normal and rotated modes.

Note that we ONLY support normal and 180 rotation. There are currently no use cases for portrait mode use (Xeon phones might but that's an issue for later).

The app will launcher ts_calibrate to create a /etc/pointercal file. Then the user will be queried for whether that is normal or rotated mode. The mode can be configured with Launcher's Ctrl-r keystroke or manually with /usr/bin/pirotate.sh (available with piboxd if no UI is configured, which would NOT be a normal use case). So once they're in the mode they want, they run this new app to configure the appropriate pointercal file.

After that the Ctrl-r will properly setup touchscreen orientation.
