Launcher uses hard coded messaging instead of pmsg to appmgr

Description
That's because piboxMsg() in libpibox doesn't provide a port to send to.
If we add a port argument then piboxMsg() could be used from launcher to appmgr, the latter of which is already processing pibox message formats.
