Converting markdown to man page fails in build

Description
The Makefile has a target for omxplayer.1 that references an external website to convert the markdown page to a man page. This external site appears to no longer work (as of 2025/01/19).
Since we don't need the man page on PiBox systems that target should be disabled in the Makefile before we do the build. Just need to create a patch to apply to the upstream git clone in the omx project build.
Note that an RPI2 build seemed to work just the other day, while the RPI1 build fails today. That could mean the upstream app is temporarily broken. I should retry the metabuild for omxplayer on rpi1 in a day or two to see if the upstream is fixed. If not, just create the patch to disable the man page generation.

It's already fixed upstream. I retried the meta3 build for just omxplayer and it worked, so I retried rpi1 for just omxplayer and it worked.
