Just change the default path for both pinet and pidialer.

This needs to be fixed in the Buildroot package because the alternative is to fix it in pigtk-keyboard.h which would require rebuilding the package anyway.

The correct naming needs to be gtk-keyboard. This means the fix needs to be applied to pigtk's build.
Fixed the pigtk build to properly install extra files (gtk-keyboard stuff). That meant that the postbuild hook recently added to the Buildroot pigtk package needed to be removed.
The rpi2 sandbox and the xeon1 sandboxes are updated with the change.
