pinet configure scripts enable-xeon doesn't work on Debian 12.

Description
I need to make all builds inside my docker image from now on, but it wouldn't hurt to figure out why this doesn't work. If you pass --enable-xeon on Debian 12 it still builds stock pinet, not pinet-client.
