Description
These are going to be different, specifically mkinstall.sh, but there are some things that need merging, such as the change to legal-info and dropping the ext3 image build.

The working mkinstall.sh was not committed previously - it was just in the pkg tree. This was committed along with bringing it up to date with PiBox changes.
The mksd.sh script did not need any updates.
Changes tested, committed and pushed to towboot branch.
