Description

xcc, kernel and buildroot suddenly broke all at once.

xcc needs to use zlib's fossils archive or bump to 1.3 release.

kernel bumped upstream cause slight build problem.

Buildroot problems:
  1. yocto repos for matchbox changed URLs and compression type
  2. zlib needs to use fossils archive or bump to 1.3

All issues have been resolved for both RPi and RPi2. RPi 4 will be tested with RM #1024.

All changes tested, committed and pushed.
