The old userland doesn't build with the latest toolchain. There is an upstream commit to remove problematic utilities that are no longer needed and don't build. Add this commit as a patch to build the old userland.

Note that the newest userland doesn't seem to build either and it already has that patch, so we're sticking to the old userland that we know works for us. We'll look at latest userland later, if needed.
