Description
The postcfg scripts need to be migrated to the runtime init scripts because leaving them in postcfg doesn't work properly with Buildroot 2010.11 if we want to still be able to use the -rebuild target.

All of the stuff in the postcfg script has been migrated to the appropriate init scripts and the postcfg script has been disabled from the build. However, the firmware portion of the postcfg script has not been addressed. It will be addressed with FS#84.

Checked in firmware build, which essentially addresses the higher level problem of grabbing firmware though it doesn't address special cases yet. Good enough to close this issue.
