Description
Turns out that mk_passwd is python and it needs the hashlib module but that isn't enabled in the current configuration. So the piboxd Buildroot config needs to be updated to add it. That should also address RM #655.

Verified. I added the missing hashlib and rebuilt python via Buildroot, then installed a new image and verified mk_password works. It does.
Updated configuration file has been committed and pushed.
