Add dhcp to eth0 on media server

Description
Currently the media server wants to be wifi only.
Eth0 will come up as dhcp now.
Change it so a media server can be a dhcp server on eth0.
It would still be a closed network and not recommended to be run on an existing network.

/etc/network/interfaces has eth0 as dhcp by default and smb.conf is configured for both eth0 and wlan0. So I don't know exactly what I was asking for here.
Rejecting issue since there doesn't appear to be anything to do here.
