Description
Upstream RPi kernel repo has bumped to 4.19. 4.14 is stable but 4.19 has a number of updates for the Pi. There are reports of wifi issues with 4.19 so bumping to 4.14 might be the first step for now.

RM #690: Bump to 4.19.y because the upstream Raspberry Pi firmware (userland repo) only has a master tag (no others) and master only works with the latest kernel release (tvservice fails otherwise).

Bumped to 4.19.y because the userland repo doesn't work with previous kernel releases.
Verified on RPi2 hardware. Networking seems to work okay despite some warnings to the contrary.
