Fix libpibox prefixes

Description
libpibox uses "pnc" (as well as rpi and json) as its prefixes. That's the prefix for libpnc. I need to change "pnc" to "pibox" to differentiate.
This will break all the apps, mainly because of pncLogger, so after fixing up the library I have to fix up all the apps and retest all of them.

Just pushed the changes to the library. Now I'm rebuilding the staging tree for rpi2 so I can fix all the apps.

This is done. All the prefixes were updated in the library. All the apps have been ported to the new prefixes.
